As a condition of enrolling at Bryan University, applicants must agree to submit all claims and disputes with Bryan University to arbitration. Arbitration is a private dispute-resolution process in which disputes are heard and resolved by an arbitrator, rather than by a judge or jury. Applicants also must agree to have any and all claims and disputes against Bryan University resolved on an individual basis and to waive any right to initiate or participate in a collective or class action against Bryan University. Individual arbitration of claims and disputes allows for faster resolution of issues at less cost than typically is seen in judicial proceedings and class actions. Bryan University cannot and does not require any applicant who enrolls and borrows under a federal student loan program to submit to arbitration or any institutional dispute-resolution process prior to filing any borrower defense to repayment that a borrower may claim. Further, Bryan University cannot and does not in any way require a student to limit, relinquish, or waive the ability to file a borrower defense claim at any time. Any mandatory arbitration proceeding tolls the limitations period for filing a borrower defense to repayment claim.

My time at Bryan University was nothing short of amazing. His dedication and support were instrumental in my growth and perseverance. Every professor at Bryan University brought that same level of care. They were always willing to provide additional support or tutoring when needed, especially in challenging courses like accounting. The staff was not only engaging and responsive but genuinely understanding during some of the most difficult times in my life. While at BU, I faced significant personal hardships throughout studies but through it all, the university staff showed me compassion and flexibility that I’ll never forget. Programs and administrative services are housed in a one-level facility composed of approximately 16,000 square feet. The campus has eleven classrooms, one wellness program equipment room, one medical/laboratory/classroom: nine administrative offices, a program coordinator office, one testing center, and four meeting rooms.
