Scott Haar: Mr. Cole, what is the Excel Center?

Joe Cole: Well the excel center is a completely free adult high school. It’s open to anybody who is the age of 21 or over. What we do here is we actually give an accredited high school diploma. It’s not to be confused with the GED or HiSET this is actually an accredited high school diploma.
