Scott: Did the business grow faster than expected?

Tim: Exponentially. We had a 5-year plan. WE thought well, we will operate this for a good five years, see how it goes, and then we’ll grow into our next phase, which would be a second location. If that location started to do well then we would consider the consumer response to see if it was still there and then we would look towards additional expansion or franchising. The reality was that we opened our second location in a second state nine months after we opened our first location. We opened our first franchise location the following year, the second one a couple of months after that. So our five year plan of having one store fully functional and operational turned into 22 stores in five years.
